A new agreement between the NFL and Texas City Speedway is inked with the city to open the stadium by the 2019 season.

The deal includes a $3 million increase in stadium funding, as well as a $1 million commitment to the first season of the stadium’s outdoor arena.

The new funding would come in addition to the $300 million in bond funding the city has already approved for the project.

The stadium will be built by the Dallas Cowboys.

It is the latest project for the Cowboys in Texas City.

It opened in April 2014.

The team’s new stadium is expected to open in 2021.

The Cowboys were originally scheduled to play their home opener in the stadium in 2020, but the team changed course, agreeing to move their games to the Alamodome in 2019.
