The Caltrans Highway Conditions report is a periodic, comprehensive database of conditions across Caltrans roads and highways.

The report provides an accurate and timely picture of road conditions and conditions across the entire state.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) maintains the Caltrans report, and the CHP maintains the data.

Caltrans is also a partner in the Highway Conditions Program (HCP) and has a separate program for Caltrans.

If you are interested in participating in the CHTQ, please contact the CHC at (818) 623-0119.

CalTrans is also partnering with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to provide a Caltrans Road Condition report to NHTSA.

If the NHTS reports on the status of a particular condition, Caltrans provides the same information for the NHSSA.

What to do if you think you or someone you know has been affected by Caltrans road conditions or conditions: If you have any information about the Caltex gas leak or other Caltex-related issues, please submit the CalTex gas leak and/or Caltex conditions report with your Caltrans Report to Caltrans request form.

If a Caltex contractor or employee is experiencing problems with their work, you can report their issues to Caltex by completing the Caltes Gas Report Form.

You can also submit a CalTex report to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) by filling out the Caltrain report form.
