The new Highway 101, a stretch of road that stretches from New Jersey’s Ocean City to New York City, is the first new U.S. highway in decades.
But the real test for it will come in 2021, when it becomes the second-longest-running expressway in the country, after the longest, the California-to-San Francisco-to San Jose Highway.
It’s one of many new high-speed routes in the nation, like Interstate 80 and I-5, that promise to deliver more goods and people per mile than ever before.
But even as the roads are getting longer, more and more of them are falling through a hole in the ground.
That hole is the Gulf Coast, where we’re seeing the rise of mega-truck-driving fleets.
When you’re going to need a route 101 route 101, the New York Sun reports that there are some major changes to the highway’s design: New, higher-profile signs now make it easier for people to drive the new highway through congested traffic.
And it’s now possible to drive on a section of the highway with a lane that’s full for three hours or less, if the highway has an open lane.
The highway has also been designed so that drivers can only drive on it for about an hour, before it will have to be closed to the public for two days.
But it’s the Gulf of Mexico, where the toll is the most significant, that is causing the most problems.
The state has the biggest problem, with more than 4,400 accidents per 100,000 miles driven.
But Gulf Coast states are also among the worst in the U.K., Canada and Mexico.
That’s partly because of the size of the Gulf.
As the Gulf swells, it sends water, salt and debris into the sea, where it can be pushed up into the ocean, causing severe storms and flooding.
In Florida, the Gulf waters are already reaching up to three feet (1 meter) high.
The storm surge that causes these massive waves is equivalent to the force of an Olympic-sized swimming pool.
That means that in some parts of the state, the waters are up to 20 feet (6 meters) high, according to a 2014 study.
The problem is compounded by a lack of infrastructure.
“We have the highest road traffic in the world, but we don’t have the infrastructure to manage it,” said Robert Moseley, the Florida Coastal Commission’s executive director.
Mosely also noted that the highway is the biggest public works project in the state’s history, costing $1.5 billion.
The new highway, which will be funded with $300 million from the federal Highway Trust Fund, was designed by California-based Toll Road USA, a subsidiary of American Express, according in a statement.
That company has built highways in the United Kingdom and Spain.
But Moselly and other officials in the Gulf say that’s not enough.
In the past, the project has been plagued by construction delays.
“It’s not like they’re building a bridge, it’s like they’ve got a bridge in the back of their truck,” Mosey said.
“They’re making the bridges, but they haven’t built the highway.”
There are several reasons for the state of Florida’s problems.
For starters, it is one of the largest coastal states in the union.
It also has the highest unemployment rate, and it has the third-highest rate of car accidents.
That may be partially because of its size.
“The Gulf Coast is one that has a lot of salt and pollution, and a lot more cars,” said Bill Ebert, the executive director of the Florida chapter of the National Association of Manufacturers.
“So we don.t have a lot to offer.”
That, combined with the high cost of oil and gas, is another major obstacle to building a new highway.
But Ebert also said that the state has some solutions.
Florida is already investing in highways to protect its coastal wetlands.
But he said that could be done by building barriers along the coast to keep saltwater from entering the state.
That could be a major problem if a hurricane or flood hits the state during that time.
“If you are in a salt-laden coastal area, the risk is that you lose the entire system,” he said.
Another problem with the new highways is the need to pay for them.
Florida has a $4.6 billion road fund, which is designed to pay the costs of repairing and maintaining roads.
But those funds are not guaranteed.
That is because the state can’t borrow money from private banks.
“You can’t just borrow money to fix something, you need to spend money,” said Ebert.
“This has been a big problem, because we’ve had to borrow from other states to fix roads.”
